Today on the show is Sean Garner. He's a firefighter turned CrossFit gym owner turned personal trainer. He's owned and managed multiple fitness facilities and has been a sought after fitness instructor to high level business executives, entrepreneurs, but also parents.
Men's Health Magazine actually named him one of the world's top 50 fitness pros. Sean has actually created his own series of online training programs, such as Project DadBod. And he serves as a fitness advisor for Men's Health Magazine, where he launched his second DVD with the magazine in 2020.
His latest project is EntreFit where he's a business coach to other fitness coaches, especially gym owners where he has recently helped them maintain and even grow their sales through an online fitness business model.

This is the second part of my interview with Tim Drummond. He went from being a Futures Trader to a personal trainer, and quickly honed his skills to be able to charge as much as $3,000 a month for his transformation programs.
Because of his success with training Top Executives and even celebrities, he went on to become a best-selling author and one of his books which is called Coach to the A-list.
Tim, using his behavioral change techniques, eventually transitioned his personal training business online while still charging $3,000 to $4,000 a month and was still able to see radical transformations in his clients.
Because of the results he was able to get and his passion for coaching, he's transitioned his business yet again, and now coaches other personal trainers to build financially successful online businesses.

He's a veteran personal trainer, author, lecturer for a functional movement systems and then iron man triathlete. However today, I'm interviewing him about his successful online fitness business. We're breaking up his in-depth interview where he shares all of his secrets into three parts.
In the first part of this interview that we released in the last episode, we talked about Andrew’s success and struggles with running his in-person gym. And then we got into how he sets up his business so it works for him and he's making $250,000 gross online with no employees and about 50 clients per month.

This is the second part of my two-part interview with Jordan Berry where he shares the small but hugely impactful things he does with his trainers and his customers to create a sense of a broader brand, community and support without having a central fitness studio.
Jordan owns a New Zealand based personal training company, Kaizen Fitness, and host of the Kaizen Fitness Show, a podcast that interviews top athletes and health experts.
At only 21 he’s built up a successful personal training business with two trainers and a massage therapist. What’s interesting is that he’s built up a successful business without having his own gym space. He and his trainers actually train out of other fitness gyms.
This is a great low risk and low cost business model for any trainer to use to initially expand their business. The challenge with these businesses is it’s not so easy to find top-notch trainers and keep them. What’s amazing about what Jordan has done is through community events, training programs for his trainers, ongoing support, and even a podcast.
